These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IQLenzi mobile application ("App") operated by IQLenzi ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may create an account using Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or email and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@iqlenzi.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
The App requires access to your device's camera and microphone to function. Media you create (photos and videos) is saved to your device's local storage. You retain full ownership of all media you create. We do not access, upload, or store your media unless you explicitly share it.
The Face Enrollment feature stores face recognition data (biometric identifiers) locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. You can delete all enrolled profiles at any time from within the App. Profiles are automatically purged after 90 days of inactivity.

The App is free to download and use. It may offer optional in-app purchases in the future. Any such purchases will be processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their respective terms, and pricing will be displayed clearly at the time of purchase. We do not process payment information directly. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their refund policies.
During any designated free beta period, premium features are made available at no charge. We reserve the right to end the free beta period and introduce paid access at any time, with reasonable advance notice to users.
The App, including its design, graphics, effects, and underlying technology, is owned by IQLenzi and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission. Media you create using the App belongs to you; we claim no ownership over your content.
Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IQLenzi and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App's settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IQLenzi operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.
